Evolve Insurance Agency takes the safety and health of our staff, clients, and local community very seriously. As such, we are implementing some operational changes due to the spreading COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). A large majority of our clients and the local community fall into the most at-risk category potentially succumbing to the virus if contracted. Effective today, March 18, 2020, our office will be closed for physical visits until further notice. We anticipate this closure to last at least through April 3, 2020. However, our phone lines will be OPEN and operated by the same staff you are used to speaking with and visiting, however we will be safely at home during this time.
While we operate remotely, please help us to facilitate open phone lines and send us an email if possible instead of making a phone call. We will have the main office phone number forwarded to a work-utilized cell phone. This means you may encounter times when you reach a voicemail message instead of our staff. Please leave a voicemail message; we are aiming to return all calls within 60 minutes if the voicemail was left prior to 3:30 PM. If there is an emergency, we live only minutes away!
