David has been immersed in the world of insurance for as long as he can remember. Born into the industry, he grew up learning the ins and outs of insurance from his mother, Stacey White, who worked as an independent insurance agent for many years. By the time he was 12 years old, he already knew auto insurance like the back of his hand. His passion for insurance, along with his dedication to doing right by clients, led him and his mother to open their own agency.

Before starting their own agency, David witnessed firsthand how some agencies failed to prioritize their clients’ best interests. Having spent years watching his mother work for agencies that valued honesty and ethical practices, it was shocking to see her last workplace put profits over people. This experience solidified their shared mission: to treat every client with respect, transparency, and a commitment to finding the best coverage for their needs.

One of David’s most memorable moments as an agent was when a new client came to him after struggling to get assistance from their previous agent. While reviewing the client’s policy documents, David discovered that they had been unknowingly paying for a duplicate wind insurance policy for three years. He helped the client retroactively cancel the policy and secure a refund of nearly $12,000—a moment that reinforced his belief in the importance of paying attention to detail and truly advocating for clients.

Outside of work, David enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He’s also learning to snowboard, a new hobby that has quickly become a favorite. A passionate supporter of the Foundation for Women’s Cancer, David honors the memory of his mother, Stacey White, who passed away in 2019 at the age of 50 from cervical cancer. He believes deeply in the foundation’s mission of promoting early detection and routine checkups to help prevent gynecologic cancers.

When it comes to food, David enjoys pizza, tacos, and a great steak, and he occasionally treats himself to a cappuccino from Foxtail Coffee in Wellen Park or Black & Gold Coffee in Venice. His favorite local restaurants include Pineapple Tequila, Mad Dogs Hot Dogs, Brew Burgers, Gold Rush BBQ, and Pinchers.

A little-known fact about David? He’s an avid Euchre player and has spent countless nights playing the game with family. Euchre tournaments were a big part of his family reunions in Ironton, Ohio, and he still enjoys the game whenever he gets the chance.

David is proud of the phenomenal team he has built at Evolve Insurance Agency. Each team member shares his passion for putting clients first, ensuring they are well-informed, and helping them find the best coverage for their needs. Watching his team grow and excel in their roles has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.
