Damian was born and raised in Florida, growing up in Miami before relocating to Sarasota, where he graduated from Sarasota High School. With a lifetime of experience living in Florida, he understands the unique challenges residents face—especially when it comes to hurricanes and floods.

As an independent insurance agent, Damian is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance and ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs. One of his most memorable experiences was guiding a client who had considered canceling their homeowners and flood insurance policies after being influenced by their neighbors, who believed insurance wasn’t necessary. Damian took the time to explain the risks, and the client ultimately kept their policy. Just months later, two back-to-back hurricanes devastated our area and severely flooded many homes, including this particular client's home. The client later reached out to thank Damian because the flood insurance policy their neighbors tried convincing them to cancel just a few months prior, covered the flood damage to their home and saved them from financial ruin, while many of those same neighbors suffered devastating financial losses. That moment reaffirmed Damian’s commitment to ensuring his clients are protected and prepared for the unexpected.

Outside of work, Damian is passionate about traveling, cruises, and exploring new places. He enjoys road trips, hiking, learning about history, and trying new cuisines. A self-proclaimed foodie, he loves discovering local restaurants and coffee shops, including Baiyoke Thai Bistro, Black & Gold Coffee, Big Mike’s Pizza, Foxtail Coffee, Pineapple Tequila, and Sandbar Tiki & Grille.

Damian is also a proud supporter of the Humane Society of Sarasota County, where he has adopted a couple of dogs throughout the years. The HSSC’s mission to rescue pets from kill shelters and find them loving homes is something he deeply admires.
